Natalie Alagna

I started my career in the United Kingdom where I was born and completed my studies, graduating from the University of Canterbury. Here I worked in various events agencies before venturing to Spain, where I have lived for the past 17 years.

My experience in Spain began with Kuoni DMC and then I joined AIM Group International (a leading company in events and congresses management, with an experience of more than 50 years and more than 2000 events managed per year between their 13 international offices) in 2008 to be the Head of Events & DMC in the Madrid office, assisting in all areas during the start-up of the office as well as running events and forming a new team. In 2011 I was promoted to Country Manager in Spain, and then International DMC Director with responsibility for 6 international offices.

Today I am working as a freelance, collaborating with national and international companies in order to provide top level assistance to enhance their events and drive their sales figures.
